Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: South London

Salary: £60,000

Monday - Friday

 

I'm looking to speak to experienced Technical candidates with a proven track record in the Food Manufacturing industry, who have extensive experience working to BRC standards and leading medium/large teams. 

 

My client are a progressive and rapidly growing manufacturer of ready to eat products in the UK, and are looking for a strong leader with excellent communications skills to join their highly successful team.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the internal auditing schedule, and lead BRCGS audits maintaining AA+ status.

  • Taking appropriate response to non-conformances raises, including corrective actions for continuous improvement.

  • Implement training on HACCP and Food Safety procedures, hygiene and GMP standards. 

  • Manage customer accounts, handling queries and complaints ensuring all data is documented efficiently.
