🚨 We’re Hiring: Experienced Technical Manager (Food Industry) 🥩

Are you passionate about quality, food safety, and continuous improvement?

We’re looking for an Experienced Technical Manager to join our team at a leading BRC AA-accredited red meat processing site in Glasgow.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining top-tier standards, leading audits, and ensuring our products meet the highest levels of safety and quality — from farm to customer.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing HACCP plans, Quality Manual & Animal Welfare SOPs

• Leading BRC, FSS, and customer audits

• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and legislation

• Driving continuous improvement across production and quality systems

• Managing KPIs, internal audits, and technical documentation

• Liaising with external authorities and customers

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Technical Management role within food (ideally red meat)

• A science-based degree or equivalent technical background

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results and solutions
