Technical Manager

Are you a quality-focused technical leader with a strong background in food manufacturing, GMP, and HACCP systems?

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join a growing and well established food manufacturing business at their main production site. You’ll bring solid technical leadership experience in food production, with strong knowledge of food safety management systems, GMP, HACCP, and third party audits.

A strong understanding of food safety legislation, regulatory compliance, and customer standards is essential, along with the ability to lead QA, hygiene, and specification functions on site.

Key Requirements:

· Proven experience in a Technical Manager or senior technical role within food manufacturing.
· Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, internal auditing, and quality systems.
· Excellent people management skills with experience leading QA, hygiene, and technical teams.
· Confident managing audits and acting as site lead for regulatory and customer bodies.
· Proactive approach with outstanding attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
