Technical Sales Manager (Confectionary)

Are you an experienced bakery / confectionary specialist who enjoys being customer facing? We are looking for technical development managers to use their technical expertise, supporting development with customers within the bakery / confectionery industry.

Your day to day will be creating solutions, problem solving, proactive support and development of new products in collaboration with customers. Your customer focused ethics, effective communication and account ownership will allow customer needs to be met efficiently. 

Key requirements –

•  Bakery / Confectionary Process & Application Skills
• Customer facing experience
• NPD cycle, stage and gate process experience
• Scientific understanding of raw materials within bakery (bread) and / or confectionary

You will be working with a highly reputable business and supporting both technical and commercial functions.

Being based anywhere on the Island of Ireland is a requirement.
