NPD Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NPD Lead to join a fast-moving food business, supporting the delivery of new and improved products across a dynamic food-to-go portfolio.

Reporting into a Senior NPD leader, you’ll manage NPD and EPD projects end-to-end, working cross-functionally to ensure concepts are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standards. You’ll also act as a deputy within the NPD function when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple NPD & EPD projects from concept to launch

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholders

• Ensure smooth handover of new products into operations

• Oversee customer sample submissions and documentation

• Monitor consumer trends, innovation, and competitor activity

• Maintain accurate NPD and compliance documentation

• Support packaging development and sustainability initiatives
