BASED NEAR ROTHERHAM, SOUTH YORKSHIRE

COMPANY

Our client is a market leading Food Manufacturer within the ambient sector, supplying a range of well-loved branded and own label products to the Major Retailers.

ROLE

Reporting into the Technical Manager, main areas of responsibility will include the following:

Provide effective management, leadership and mentorship to the QA Team (Small team)
Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's QMS
Lead the site to be Audit ready at all times
Maintain strong relationships with all enforcement agencies and customers
Management of Customer Complaints
Chairing the HACCP team and managing the HACCP program
Monitor and approve supplier performance
Enforce high standards of GMP throughout the site
Monitor and communicate KPIs
Deliver necessary Food Safety training

CANDIDATE

You will have a proven track record in the Food Manufacturing arena within the Technical division, coupled with experience leading at least a small team. You will be well accustomed to working to BRC and HACCP standards.

You will have a desire to learn and grow within the Company.
