BASED NEAR ROTHERHAM, SOUTH YORKSHIRE 

COMPANY 

Our client is a market leading Food Manufacturer within the ambient sector, supplying a range of well-loved branded and own label products to the Major Retailers.

ROLE

Reporting into the Technical Manager, main areas of responsibility will include the following:

  • Provide effective management, leadership and mentorship to the QA Team (Small team) 

  • Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's QMS 

  • Lead the site to be Audit ready at all times 

  • Maintain strong relationships with all enforcement agencies and customers 

  • Management of Customer Complaints

  • Chairing the HACCP team and managing the HACCP program 

  • Monitor and approve supplier performance 

  • Enforce high standards of GMP throughout the site 

  • Monitor and communicate KPIs 

  • Deliver necessary Food Safety training 

CANDIDATE 

You will have a proven track record in the Food Manufacturing arena within the Technical division, coupled with experience leading at least a small team. You will be well accustomed to working to BRC and HACCP standards. 

You will have a desire to learn and grow within the Company.
