BASED SHROPSHIRE- PERMANENT POSITION

WORKING 4 ON 4 OFF 6am- 6pm

ROLE

To provide professional and effective support to the factory in relation to technical and quality issues. Reporting to the Technical Manager, managing the operational QA team to ensure effective support is given to the factory teams. To drive a high level of food safety and GMP standards within the factory environment. Support the development of an effective and harmonious relationship with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

CANDIDATE

• Proven experience in a QA or Technical Management role within food manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, and food safety legislation.

• Level 3 Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP (minimum).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Confident in using Microsoft Office and QA documentation systems.

Salary up to £48K
