Night Shift Manager

Job description

If you are looking for a role managing an entire food factory, and could consider working a four-days-per-week Night Shift role to get to that level of responsibility, then this might be your next role.

You would get to use your experience managing a production shift in a UK food factory to assume overall control of the site on nights, including Warehousing and two Production areas reporting in, as well as "dotted-line" Engineering responsibility.

The company is looking for someone who wants a step-up, or those at this level already, who might just want to work for a highly stable and successful business who is growing turnover rapidly. If you get this job, you'd soon find out what a friendly, collaborative bunch they are, that the company listens to its managers, and that they encourage a culture of development and internal promotion.

The role is Monday night to Friday morning (4 working days from 7) approximately 10 hours on each day.

Based on-site in Lancashire

£50,000 basic salary

Matched pension scheme (significantly better than auto-enrolment)

25 days annual leave in total, including statutory days.

So if this sounds like the step-up you are looking for, apply today and we will call you with more information
