Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

I'm recruiting for a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager on behalf of a growing food company based in Staffordshire. As part of a large-scale, award winning food manufacturing group, joining this company would enhance your existing portfolio, from being part of a strong and reputable company to working with new innovative product categories.

In this role, you will play a key role in identifying, managing, and reducing risk across site operations, with a genuine influence over employee health, safety, and wellbeing, as well as product integrity and overall business performance. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, but well suited to someone with strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and prior manufacturing experience. You will work within a supportive, cross-functional team, collaborating with colleagues across the food manufacturing operation to ensure Health and Safety compliance and a proactive, positive safety culture. The scope and visibility of the role also provide an excellent platform for career progression, supporting continued development within health and safety.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident influencing at senior levels, and is driven by delivering measurable improvements in safety and compliance within a complex manufacturing setting.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £65,000 + 5% bonus
• Location: Staffordshire, England
• Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
