My client are looking for a visionary, hands-on leader to own the entire NPD journey, turning fresh ideas into best-selling launches that surprise and delight customers across 100+ retail locations.

This isn’t a role where you’ll just manage projects, you’ll be at the heart of creativity, strategy, and leadership, making bold calls and pushing boundaries to bring groundbreaking products to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full NPD lifecycle—from concept to launch—bringing new, exciting products to market

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain top-tier standards while delivering cost-effective solutions

  • Spot and respond to food trends, ensuring our offerings stay fresh and on-brand

  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver commercially successful, margin-driven products

  • Oversee packaging development and benchmarking to stay ahead of competitors
