The Role

As Head of NPD & Innovation, you’ll take full ownership of the site’s new product development agenda. You’ll be responsible for turning customer insights and market trends into commercially viable, great-tasting bakery products. Working cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and technical teams, you’ll ensure our innovation pipeline delivers both impact and excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A seasoned NPD leader with 7+ years of experience in the food industry, ideally bakery.

  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proven track record in launching successful products.

  • A natural collaborator and communicator who builds strong internal and customer relationships.

  • Fluent in Polish and English.

  • Must hold an EU passport or have the right to work and live in the EU.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years in a leadership role, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Deep knowledge of food manufacturing, NPD processes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Confidence in presenting to major customers and responding to commercial briefs.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the bakery category.

  • Familiarity with EU food regulations and major retailer standards.

  • Exposure to multi-site operations and international markets.
