📍 Location: London based with UK wide travel (with up to 40% travel across Europe)

Job Summary

Would you like to work for a world-famous food brand, demonstrating high-quality, premium products, and organising events across Europe? We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized team leader to manage and grow our consumer engagement efforts across Europe. This includes overseeing and presenting cooking demos, sampling events, and food exhibitions across retail and public venues.

If you’re passionate about food and ingredients, brand experiences, and managing teams, this could be your ideal next step. Your professional cooking experience in a working kitchen is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 10+ monthly consumer events across Europe

  • Manage event logistics including venues, travel, equipment, POS materials, and budgets

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of part-time demo staff (10+ people)

  • Ensure consistent brand quality through SOPs, hygiene standards, and onsite supervision

  • Monitor event impact, including sales uplift and consumer feedback

  • Report on performance and recommend improvements based on KPIs

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams to align activities

Requirements

  • UK work authorization (must have the right to work in the UK)

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

  • Full UK driving license

  • Strong communication and team management skills

  • Ability to travel frequently across Europe (approx. 40%)
