Terms and Condition

1. D R Newitt’s prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary
2. The closing date for the competition is 23:59pm on 30th April 2023
3. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be entered into the prize giveaway, but responses may be held in our database and used as part of market research publications.
4. The prize will be drawn at random on 1^st May 2023 from all qualifying entries
5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The prize consists of 1x £250 Motivates® Lifestyle Vouchers (details can be found at www.thelifestylevoucher.co.uk)
6. D R Newitt accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize
7. D R Newitt reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control
8. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, D R Newitt reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over
10. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: james.halsey@drnewitt.com.
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
