This privacy policy explains how D R Newitt & Associates Ltd, D R Newitt Recruitment Ltd, D R Newitt Ltd & D R Newitt Interim Ltd gather and use your personal information.

  1. We collect and store information about you when you register with us or agree to use our services. Information stored contains all relevant details from your CV including but not limited to your name, address, contact details, employment history, salary details and where possible communications between you and our staff.
  2. The information we store is used by our consultants/staff to contact you about new vacancies and job opportunities and to let you know about our services.
  3. We will also use your information for the purposes of conducting internal customer satisfaction surveys.
  4. D R Newitt will not share your information for marketing purposes with any non-affiliated or third party companies. Information will however be accessible from other D R Newitt offices in the UK.
  5. Your CV and details will not be submitted for a job opportunity or sent to any of our clients without your prior knowledge
  6. You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
