Technical Services Coordinator

Are you an experienced technical professional looking to take the next step in your career within a well-established food manufacturing environment? A leading food producer is seeking a dedicated Technical Services Coordinator to support and strengthen their technical function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong food safety knowledge, great attention to detail, and the confidence to work with people across all levels of the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing food safety risk assessments, including HACCP, allergen, and vegan/vegetarian systems.

  • Conducting gap analyses on customer and NGO policies and supporting the implementation of food safety, quality, and legislative requirements.

  • Maintaining the food safety and quality management system, including updating procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents.

  • Overseeing the internal audit programme to ensure audits are completed effectively and on schedule.

  • Investigating and trending analytical performance of finished products and sharing findings with relevant teams.

  • Promoting a positive food safety and quality culture across the site.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years’ technical experience in food manufacturing (private label and/or branded).

  • Strong understanding of customer and NGO codes of practice.

  • Confident working with customer and NGO online portals.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present information clearly.

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

  • Level 3 HACCP, Level 3 Food Safety, and strong allergen awareness.
