Key responsibilities include:

- Leading internal and external audits, and liaising with regulatory bodies and retail customers to maintain top-level accreditations.
- Managing site validations, risk assessments, traceability, pest control, hygiene operations, and due diligence requirements.
- Overseeing customer complaints, non-conformances, and audit findings with effective corrective actions.
- Championing and embedding a strong food safety and quality culture across all operations.
- Reporting technical and quality KPIs to senior management, with clear insights and improvement recommendations.
Your Skills & Experience
- Food manufacturing background is essential – with strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and retailer standards.
- Proven experience managing large technical, quality, and hygiene teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with colleagues, customers, and auditors.
- Passion for continuous improvement and embedding a strong food safety culture.
