Job Title: Customer Technical Manager

 

Overview:

Are you an experienced Technical Leader looking to join a progressive, innovative, Worldwide business within the FMCG Industry?

My client are sleeping giants within the UK Food Sector, supplying a range of ambient sweet and savory snacks to many of the Major Retailers.

They are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to be part of the rapid growth and expansion into new markets, who has a plethora of Technical and Customer Account Management experience under their belt.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as representative of customers and manufacturing partners to ensure cohesion of goals and standards.

  • Main POC for all customer queries and complains, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.

  • Support and audit manufacturing partners to ensure compliance to company and customer requirements.

  • Liaising with other functions in the business inc. NPD and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and product innovation.

 

Experience required:

  • Major UK Retailer exposure and proven track record of maintaining strong relationships

  • Excellent knowledge of UK/EU Food Safety Regulations 

  • Food related degree (or equivalent experience)

  • HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3, Lead Auditor certificate.
