Senior Buyer

If you're interested in global ingredient sourcing and have experience buying raw materials, this might be your next role!

This Senior Buyer role will see you leading multiple procurement projects across raw materials and ingredients – from negotiating global supply contracts to supporting new product development on-site. With a cross-functional team, you’ll be part of a supportive and fast-growing business within the production of vitamins, minerals, and supplements.

You don’t need to be in the supplements industry already – if you’ve worked in food, pharma, or chemicals procurement and are used to managing supplier performance, evaluating ingredient markets, and supporting factory teams with on-time deliveries, this could be a great fit.

And if you’re already a Buyer or Senior Buyer with a strong grasp of global supply chain dynamics and a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape procurement strategy at a fast-paced, innovation-focused manufacturer!

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic sourcing
• Hands-on supplier negotiations
• Market risk analysis, and close collaboration with teams across R&D, Quality, and Operations.

The role is full-time on-site in West Midlands and is on offer for circa 45K
