Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced Quality professional with a background in compliance and assurance?

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to join a leading food and feed business and take ownership of quality systems, customer standards, and compliance across multiple sites. You’ll have strong experience in quality leadership, ideally within food, feed, or animal nutrition, and be confident managing audits, HACCP systems, and regulatory standards. With a proven track record of driving quality improvements and leading teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest safety and compliance standards.

· 5+ years’ experience in a senior quality or compliance role.
· Strong knowledge of quality standards and feed/food safety legislation.
· Experience managing QMS, HACCP systems, and third-party audits.
· Track record in leading and developing quality teams.
· Background in food, feed, or FMCG manufacturing.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
