BASED WINCANTON, SOMERSET 

ROLE 

Overview 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, all while supporting our mission of producing natural, premium food products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Supervise and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and business targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a small team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality control across all production lines.
  • Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Support innovation initiatives and introduction of new products, ensuring seamless production integration.

CANDIDATE

  • Proven experience leading a production team, preferably within food manufacturing.
  • Good supervisory skills.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to plan and manage production schedules efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for high-quality, natural food products and sustainability.

MON-FRI 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm rotating weekly
