The Role:
You'll be right at the heart of the NPD team, developing standout new products from first idea to final launch. From trend-spotting and recipe creation to factory trials and packaging checks — you’ll bring creativity and precision to every step of the process.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and refining recipes to wow their customers
• Turning trend research into delicious product concepts
• Working closely with production, marketing & technical teams
• Managing specs, coordinating samples, and supporting product launches
• Bringing passion and innovation to every tasting panel and trial

About You:

• Experienced in a professional kitchen, bakery, or food development setting
• Obsessed with food, trends, and product perfection
• Confident scaling recipes and working cross-functionally
• Super organised with solid Excel skills and attention to detail
• A natural team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
