The Opportunity

As Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary partner for a portfolio of major clients, developing deep relationships and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. You’ll be working in a business that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement, reporting directly to the Head of Partnership and Customer Service.

Location: South East England

This is an ideal role for someone who is commercially driven, highly organised and create and build upon key customer partnerships within a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven B2B Key Account Management experience—ideally within food & drink, FMCG, or a related sector
  • Demonstrable success in new business acquisition and managing key territories or clients
  • Confident communicator with proficient presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, energetic and driven to succeed
  • Comfortable adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient commercial awareness
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and strong interpersonal skills
