My client is a fast-growing ingredients manufacturer based in the West Midlands. With significant recent and planned growth—including the onboarding of new team members, acquisitions, and the launch of new product lines—this is an exciting time to join the business and play a key role in its continued success.
This is a group-level role, supporting and managing HR operations across two busy sites. The position is naturally hands-on due to its multi-site nature, requiring someone comfortable balancing operational HR with strategic business partnering. Your previous HR experience will enable you to confidently manage day-to-day activities while contributing to wider business objectives.
This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is a strong multi-tasker who welcomes challenge.
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 DOE
Location: West Midlands
Working pattern: Hybrid
Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays
