HR Administrator – 6-Month FTC
Greater Manchester

Salary £28K Pro Rata

 

I’m looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join a fast-paced People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key role in keeping HR operations running smoothly—coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR systems, supporting payroll, and helping ensure a brilliant employee experience.

Your Duties

  • Manage recruitment admin and new starter processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support policy compliance
  • Assist with benefits, payroll admin, and employee queries
  • Support reporting, note-taking, and process improvements

Your Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in HR or a busy admin role
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • A team player who thrives on getting things done
