Health and Safety Coordinator

Are you a health & safety professional with experience in food manufacturing?

We’re looking for a Health & Safety Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturer and take ownership of site safety standards, compliance, and culture. You’ll have proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally food, and hold NEBOSH qualifications. Confident in audits, risk assessments, and training, you’ll play a key role in driving best practice and maintaining a positive safety culture across the site.

Key Requirements:

· NEBOSH qualified (minimum).
· Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.
· Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
· Hands-on experience with audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
· Ability to deliver training and promote a positive safety culture.
· Confident liaising with regulatory and enforcing authorities.
