Group Packaging Technologist

If you’re a Packaging Technologist, NPD professional, or a graduate with hands-on experience specifying food-contact packaging and liaising with major retailers, this role could be for you!

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading chilled food manufacturers for a Group Packaging Technologist (£35,000). This exciting multi-site role in the East Midland offers the chance to influence packaging innovation across a range of products, ensuring all NPD and EPD initiatives are supported with sustainable, commercially viable, and technically robust packaging solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• A creative and forward-thinking approach to packaging

• Experience working with or for major UK retailers

• Strong communication skills, particularly in customer-facing situations

• A solid technical understanding of packaging materials and machinery

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• A genuine passion for the food industry
