Engineering Lead

If you would like to sample the inner workings of a challenger brand prioritizing genuine quality over quick wins, you'll want to have a conversation about this role. 

With the fast pace of a growing brand making moves in a niche market, along with the know-how of an owner/MD who's been there and done it in the Food industry, you will bolster your experience and knowledge of an emerging market.

You will need to bring enthusiasm strong enough to maintain a position as the only permanent "Engineering" representative on this growing site. This will keep you on your toes, and will provide the level of responsibility needed to drive your career forward!

Due to size and age of business, there is no engineering team on-site, so you will come in as a solo engineer working on the one automation line on site to keep up daily maintenance.

You would be department lead for Engineering which presents an incredible opportunity to grow this wing of the start up!
