Bakery Supervisor

Are you a hands-on bakery professional with strong production leadership skills?

We’re looking for a Bakery Supervisor to join a growing baked goods producer that is revolutionising the healthy snacking space. You will be responsible for supporting the Factory Manager in delivering smooth, efficient day-to-day operations.

You will be confident leading by example on the production floor, playing a key role in motivating the team, maintaining food safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Factory Manager with daily production planning and execution.
  • Taking ownership of ingredient preparation, batch set-up, mixing and baking processes.
  • Coordinating workflow to ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
  • Maintaining consistent product quality, recipe accuracy and process control.
  • Overseeing packaging operations and courier dispatch to meet customer expectations.
  • Upholding food safety, hygiene and audit-ready standards across the site.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in food production, bakery, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Confident working with production processes, measurements, and schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
  • Good communication skills and a team focused mind-set.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / Level 2–3 desirable).
