What You’ll Be Doing

As our new Application Specialist – Bread Development, you’ll:

  • Create and develop innovative bread products and improvers that exceed customer expectations
  • Work hands-on with enzymes, emulsifiers and fermented ingredients for industrial bakery applications
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and international teams to bring ideas from concept to launch
  • Build close relationships with key suppliers and sister companies worldwide, staying ahead of the latest trends and ingredient technologies
  • Play a key role in our mission to be a global centre of competence for bread innovation

 What We’re Looking For

  • A Food Science or related degree
  • Around 5+ years’ experience in the baking industry (ideally industrial bread development)
  • Skilled in formulating with fermented products, enzymes, and emulsifiers
