A huge thank you to Andrew Goldie as he wraps up his year-long placement with us here at D R Newitt!
Andrew joined us as a Delivery Consultant during his industrial placement year from Robert Gordon University, and it’s safe to say he made a real impact. In just over 12 months, he placed 30 talented professionals across the FMCG industry and achieved 145% of his annual target - an outstanding achievement for someone at the start of their career.
But what stood out most wasn’t just the numbers - it was Andrew’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to learn. From day one, he embraced the team, supported our clients with integrity, and approached every challenge with maturity well beyond his years.
A big thank you to Gareth Baerecke, Steph Park, Frances Wilmot, and everyone who helped support Andrew's journey here. It’s been a pleasure to watch him grow both personally and professionally.
We’re confident he’s heading back to university with a stronger sense of direction, and we can’t wait to see what he does next. The mountains may be calling, but so is a bright future!
