Over the years, he has steadily progressed and is a Business Manager leading a team of consultants responsible for Operations and Production recruitment. This role has enabled him to hone his leadership skills while continuing to excel in the dynamic landscape of recruitment.
Prior to commencing his professional journey, Matteo earned an Honours degree in Marketing, which equipped him with a solid foundation in comprehending consumer behaviour. In a more unconventional twist, he also gained valuable experience working in bars across Scotland, which sharpened his interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
