Are you a sales manager experienced selling food and beverage ingredients? Are you looking for a new challenge managing a sales team within a fast-growing and expanding business?
The sales manager will be responsible for increasing sales within the current customer base while also opening new business.
Working with a range of customers including multi-national clients, you will be responsible for solution selling based on recommendations and knowledge – previous experience of working in ingredients, flavourings and colourings is advantageous but not essential. You will need experience managing a sales team: motivating and developing to meet business objectives and increase sales.
Please note, this role is Hybrid/on-site in Hertfordshire – with occasional international travel.
