My client, a market leader in their field are looking to expand their Technical team.
You will manage customer specification systems and requirements and complete the specification development and entry of new products in line these requirements, collate and assist in the compilation of information for internal and customer reporting, help manage the food safety and food quality systems for the client in line with HACCP, Company and customer requirements and audit food safety and food quality systems as required and identify non conformances
Other duties would include but not limited to:
– Maintenance of retailer specifications systems with current and development products
– Customer complaints – maintenance of database, reporting trends and writing consumer / customer responses
– Maintenance and reporting of non conformances and compliance to food safety and food quality systems and trends to management
– You will have an excellent working knowledge of customer specification systems, manage and enter product specifications from development to launch plus specification amendments to existing products. You will need a minimum experience within a food manufacturing environment.
