My client are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Technical. As a Customer Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining solid relationships. You will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers while working closely with various internal teams to make sure that the products are successful.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, resolving any technical queries or issues promptly and effectively.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of customer processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, R&D, and Production, to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor and analyse customer performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Develop and deliver technical training sessions for customers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products.
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge and insights with both customers and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field
Specifications, artwork and labelling knowledge.
Proven experience in a technical customer service role within the food industry
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
