Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier and Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, addressing technical concerns and fostering collaborative partnerships.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance processes, product quality, and efficiency. Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the technical department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical role within the food industry, with at least [X] years of managerial experience.
