Job Title: Technical Manager
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Complete internal and customer format specifications
• Be responsible for the artwork approval process, from pack copy to final artwork.
• Be responsible for supplier approval and product approval.
• Investigating serious food safety complaints, making sure corrective and preventative actions are in place at suppliers.
• Supplier approval
• Investigation, reporting & closure of non-conformance reports
• Provide technical input and liaise internally regarding product, supplier, or customer issues, to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
• Ensure suppliers audit, risk assessment, performance monitoring review and TACCP review are completed at a required frequency and within appropriate time scale.
