– Collaborate with fellow directors to achieve both financial and non-financial objectives.
– Mentor and develop the technical team to unlock their full potential.
– Establish strategic partnerships with technical service providers to enhance our capabilities.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning with customer requirements.
– Provide expert support to customers and internal teams, addressing technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
– Oversee R&D formulation strategies to mitigate risks and expedite time to market.
– Ensure the effectiveness of our Microbiological Management Programme and maintain accreditations.
– Lead audits to obtain and uphold approved status, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to excellence.

**Key Skills & Experience:**
– Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on fostering company culture and values.
– Strong communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
– Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of cultivating and sustaining relationships.
– Proficiency in ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), SMETA, and BRCGS.
– Expertise in product formulation, scale-up, and mass manufacturing principles.
– Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements in manufacturing.
