What You Get to Do:
• Ensure accurate recording of stock levels using SAP/B&Q Daily Reporting.
• Conduct thorough audits on all distribution processes to maintain high standards.
• Align stocks with records and ensure precision in stock management.
• Engage with customers regarding stock adjustments and utilization, providing daily update reports.
• Track shipments and oversee inventory data for seamless operations.
• Record and report damage through the correct business streams.
• Collaborate with distribution teams to address and rectify stock variances.
• Plan and coordinate daily stock check routines to uphold accuracy.
• Inspect incoming documents for compliance and completeness.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in delivering excellent safety performance.
• Solid stock management experience within a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Quality control expertise to maintain product integrity.
• Effective communication skills across various mediums.
• Proficiency in IT skills, including SAP and MS Office.
• Administrative experience to streamline processes.
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required.
