Our client are a very EXCITING and well known business. They are one of the largest food manufacturers in the world looking for an experienced Senior QA for their site based in Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate:
• Must have quality/technical experience with a food manufacturer at a senior level and preferably in the raw material department.
• Food Safety certified with practical experience.
• Has worked with documentation, traceability, raw material handling, allergens and swabs.
• HACCP certified with practical experience.

The role:
• Carrying out root cause analysis and traceability.
• Ensuring independent process and raw material checks are completed in each area according to the schedule.
• Routine quality and HACCP inspections.
• To maintain and meet the analysis schedule for using the appropriate systems and sampling.
• To understand and implement the Allergen awareness, procedures, and controls.

£30,000 – £35,000 (Most competitive in the market)
