Regional Sales Manager – Manchester
Salary: Circa £45,000 – £50,000
D R Newitt has partnered with a world class chemical manufacturer and supplier for the beauty and personal care industry, looking for a confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Regional Sales Manager.
The Role:
– Actively promote the company name and services in the market.
– Maximise the sales of both their manufactured and distributed products.
– You will develop relationships and ensure regular communication with existing customers to grow and maintain business.
– Talk with both the technical and commercial departments of their customers to gain product and user knowledge.
– Attend UK and overseas exhibitions, as required, as follow up leads.

You will:
– Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Be a confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive person.
– Have excellent administration, planning, organisational and time keeping skills.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years proven track record in sales within the chemical industry.
– Be able to work under pressure and to strict / challenging deadlines, with the ability to priorities own work.
– Be able to sell synergistically to similar customers within the same industry without breaching the confidentiality of others.
Bonus Points if:
– You have experience in surfactants.
– You have a Chemistry Degree.
