I am recruiting for a leading player in the food industry, dedicated to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Auditor to join our team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Job Overview:
As a Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to delivering safe and high-quality food products to our customers. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of our production processes, facilities, and products to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular and systematic audits of all aspects of the production process, including raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Evaluate and document adherence to food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and company policies.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address and rectify any identified non-conformities.
Maintain detailed records of audit findings, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Communicate audit results to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control programs and training initiatives.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and safety.
Conduct supplier audits to assess the quality of incoming raw materials.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Quality Auditor in the food industry.
Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Certification in quality management or auditing (e.g., ASQ, ISO 9001) is a plus.
Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and equipment is advantageous.
