ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure product is made in accordance with manufacturing specifications and good manufacturing practices
• To check raw material and finished products to ensure they meet company specifications.
• To ensure that products are inspected and tested as required.
To meet theses objectives, you would need to carry out daily checks as per schedule from metal detection, temperature checks, fat analysis, online product checks, calibration checks, and sampling
• To recommend corrective action to ensure conformity with quality specifications and standards.
• To conduct audits and advise on corrective action.
• Provides pro-active support for and initiates quality improvements within Manufacturing and Quality.
• Resolves GMP issues within manufacturing through identification of problem areas.
CANDIDATE
You will have previous experience in a similar role, within Quality Assurance. Food experience would be ideal although applications are welcome from other FMCG sectors.
HOURS: Monday- Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays).
