Client
A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for my client – currently seeking a Project Engineer Manager to join their senior management team!. You will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of multiple capital based infrastructure, growth and cost out projects achieving the highest of engineering and professional standards.
Having successfully taken on new business, they are going to see a massive increase in Turnover / growth over the next 18 months. They are an FMCG Manufacturing business.
The successful candidate will:
Develop the pipeline of suitable projects, including feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis
Lead compilation of capital authority request documentation
Lead and engage end users in the development of engineering scope
Manage all health and safety aspects of capital projects
Reporting of project progress such as tracking of milestones, activity, priorities and financials
Manage post-delivery process including installation, commissioning and training
What we need from you:
Extensive capital project management experience with a customer focus
Conversant with relevant legislation (eg, IEE 18th Edition, DSEAR, etc)
Demonstrable record in successful delivery of engineering capital projects in FMCG with emphasis on specification /planning /implementation/ validation.
Experience of indirect management of multi-functional/disciplinary teams
What we offer in return:
Salary between £55,000 – £65,000
