Role: Project Developer
Location: Near Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £35 000- £40 000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.30

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic Project Developer to join a leading food company, renowned globally for excellence and innovation in their industry.

Roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee end-to-end sample submission processes.
• Develop comprehensive product briefs and New Product Development (NPD) specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to establish critical paths, evaluating customer timelines against supplier capacities, ingredients, and packaging schedules.
• Ensure thorough completion of all documentation pertaining to the NPD process.
• Participate in taste panels, attribute assessments, and internal product reviews.
• Engage in customer visits to foster relationships and gather insights.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of NPD/Project Development experience.
• A degree in Food Science or related field is desirable.
• Proven experience in NPD processes within the food industry.
• Familiarity with factory trials and taste panels.
