Procurement Manager (12 month FTC)

Role:
• Ensures strategic procurement of goods to meet business needs.
• Drives savings through negotiation and sourcing strategy to ensure global demand is always covered.
• Maintains relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
• Data analysis, creating and updating fully detailed purchases reports.
• Responsible for NPD Supply Chain duties ensuring the product is launched on time, on budget, on brief (OTOBOB).
Requirements:
• At least 4 years’ experience as a Procurement Manager within the beauty industry.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Have a superb supplier management history, building deep and long-term relationships.
• A track record of utilising budgeting and cost management skills to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes.
• Demonstrable expertise in Excel and data analytics.
• Have great attention to detail but the ability to zoom out to think strategically.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
