Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Processing customer orders efficiently to meet demand.
Developing and maintaining weekly production plans with a focus on minimizing product changeovers and production run frequencies.
Making real-time adjustments to daily production plans in response to changing requirements.
Monitoring order patterns and promptly reacting to fluctuations in demand.
Ensuring excellent customer service by meeting delivery commitments.
Collaborating with the production and packing teams, as well as other departments, to facilitate smooth operations.
Implementing peak planning strategies to optimize production during high-demand periods.
Minimizing changeovers and managing out-of-life stock effectively.
Experience and Skills:
An organized approach to managing multiple production activities.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in planning systems being a plus.
A logical and organized approach to setting and achieving departmental goals.
