The role
Reporting to the Head of Operations
• Leading the planning team consisting of 3 – lead planner, planning coordinator and planning manager.
• Reducing operational downtime through contingency management.
• Minimizing labour costs and production hours
• Ensuring all products are produced in line with Product specifications & QAS sheets.
• Coordination of labour and materials.
• Daily management and monitoring of stock levels.
Skills and Experience
• Experience in a Planning role
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility with regards to working hours.

If successful, the salary for this position is £45,000- £55,000
