A rapidly growing food industry business is now looking to add to its management team with an Operations Manager. Someone who thrives in a factory-focused role, managing a team and working closely with customers.
As they scale up their operations to meet increasing demand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager.
You’ll oversee daily operations, optimise processes, and ensure efficient workflow. This role is critical to their growth strategy and requires a leader who can implement best practices, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions.
You will need previous senior production/operations leadership experience from the food manufacturing industry
£40,000 – £55,000 salary
Pension (auto-enrolment standard values), Annual leave allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays
