I am working with an exceptional client of mine who is highly regarded within the industry. This role will play a crucial role in a state-of-the-art facility. My client is in the food industry and this background is a must.

Package

Job: Operator
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000
Shift: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
Location: Harlow

Role

• Set up machines for production runs, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure consistent production output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the manufacturing process.

Requirements/Experience

• Proven experience as an operative, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
