My client is a leading manufacturer in the food industry and a family owned business. Now in their 8th generation, this family owned business is looking for a capable operations manager to step into the business with a hands-on approach and develop over the next 5 years to become a director and partner in the business.

As Operations Manager, you would be responsible all operations on site; driving operational efficiency, managing the teams, supply chain (consumables, packaging, ingredients), stocks levels, as well as getting involved with projects.

This role would be ideal for a seasoned operations professional with strong leadership skills and be able to deliver a strategic plans for operational improvement and growth.
